The Gregg Performance Solutions Team, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico has completed over forty contracts in a period of eight years for the design and development of technical and intangible skill training to include multiple analysis projects and competency programs. Gregg’s team brings the depth and breadth of experience and capabilities to perform in all instructional systems design (ISD) activities and specializes in professional coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, teambuilding, analysis and evaluation.

We have a proven track record of providing services to Government and commercial clients such as Lovelace Health Group, Argonne National Laboratory, the DOE National Training Center, Emergency Operations Training Academy, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Sandia National Laboratories. In addition to our domestic work we have also provided services for the International Science and Technology Center in Russia.

Recent Projects
The products we deliver range from job and competency initiatives, analyses, design, development through implementation and evaluation of training. Additionally, we provide custom curricula and development of online and classroom-led training for technical and intangible (e.g. mentoring, leadership) learning content.

Recent projects include:

  • Identifying and developing regulatory documents to ensure the safety and security of nuclear materials for the Russian Federation MPC&A Regulatory Development Project. Providing safeguards and security training for the protection of nuclear assets in Russia under the DOE Material Protection, Control and Accountability program.
  • Developing a competency program for Sandia National Laboratory’s business and nuclear weapon communities to ensure staff has the appropriate skills to meet future business needs and mitigate the risk for the corporation.
  • Providing instructional design expertise for Sandia National Laboratory’s corporate training organization for areas such as procurement, human resources, vulnerability assessments, and Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H).
  • Establishing a Leadership Development Framework for Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory to include development opportunities and professional coaching.
  • Providing facilitation services, strategic planning, and teambuilding workshops for a variety of customers to include Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories in support of the Department of Energy programs.
